Too cold to go shopping?
It has been a bit chilly for getting out and about. How about doing your shopping on line and support a Grey Lynn business.
Toggle.co.nz was established by Grey Lynn local Esther Lamb in 2006. It is run by Esther and Shelley Simpson.
Esther set out to provide a sustainable business platform for selling NZ made design, craft and art on the internet.
The majority of the makers on toggle.co.nz explore the idea of rejuvenating pre-used materials that are imbued with a sense of tradition, time and place to create unique, contemporary objects.
I also like the not just any artist can get their work on www.toggle.co.nz. “Hand picked and Hand Made” means the work is chosen by Esther and always inbued with her sense of style.
Esther came up with “Darned Punk Kids Wear” T-shirts for your baby saying Bundle of Joy Division. I like it!
