West Lynn Street Party & Twilight Market- on tonight

Come and enjoy local fashion, food, entertainment and music including:

Art Studios Tour

Join us on a tour to discover the amazing art being created locally in a number of artist’s studios tucked away in Grey Lynn, Westmere & Ponsonby. Artists are in residence and the visits are interactive.  Meet each of the artists in their studio while you are surrounded by their creative pieces.On both the morning and  the afternoon tours you will visit 3-4 different artists. Reserve your place for either the morning or afternoon tour or both for “total artistic immersion”and join us for a lunch stop at one of our local cafes: Monterey, Savour & Devour, Jafa, or the Richmond Road Cafe.

Morning Tour: 9.30 -11.50am (Meet outside Harvest Wholefoods at 9.25am) Visiting Jude Graveson, Annette Isbey, Louise Rive & Chuck Joseph and Karl Maughan
Afternoon Tour: 12.30 -2.50pm (Meet outside Harvest Wholefoods at 12.25pm ) Visiting Peter Viesnik, Karen Chan & Ronald Andreassend, and Garry Nash

Tour transport: A leisurely bike ride or for those who don’t cycle car pooling will be arranged. Koha to driver to cover car pool costs.

Drop in for a free 20 minute introduction to meditation on the hour between 10 and 2pm. There will also be someone at the Centre during the day (10.30am to 4pm) through out the week to welcome visitors with refreshments.
