Energy Seminar series: September 2020

The Grey Lynn 2030 Energy Group is holding a series of public talks during September.

Each talk is from 10:30 to 11:30am  at the Grey Lynn Farmers’ Market at the Grey Lynn Community Centre and will be given by subject matter expert.  This is an opportunity to learn about electricity generation, how you can measure it and use less, and how it’s likely to be delivered in the future.

2nd September                  Future trends in NZ electricity generation  – Josh Butterfield (ex Vector)

9th September                   Energy use audits and carbon footprints       TBC

16th September                 Solar Photovoltaic panels at home –  John Gorman (Greenstage Power)

23rd September                Community, Council & Government – what we can do and how we can make energy work together –  Eion Scott (Auckland Council)
