Zero Waste cooking class
Learn how to reduce your food waste with 2011 & 2012 Chef of the Year David Schofield this Sunday at the Grey Lynn Farmers Market. David’s class will show you how to turn the food we normally guiltily throw away into delicious dishes – you win as you are saving money and the environment wins as you are reducing your own waste footprint.
The cooking show will be an outdoor cooking show – if you caught David last year at the Spring Festival, you’ll know he’s entertaining talent, full of clever tips and tricks to make you into a better cook. He’s also a huge advocate of Farmers Markets and local food.
Don’t miss this fantastic outdoor cooking show and a chance to see a real master chef in action
10.30am today at the Grey Lynn Farmers Market carpark market by the Grey Lynn Neighbourhood Law Office, 449 Richmond Road
