Grey Lynn Christmas Art Installation

You are invited to view a unique Christmas street- front installation by Javier Egusquiza at 3 Castle Street, Grey Lynn

“SALSA” CHRISTMAS STREET ART INSTALLATION 24/7

Now it its 14th year the Salsa installation features:

• A display of over 2500 miniatures and toys (collected from the street, second hand/ops shops, neighbours donations)
• An evening display featuring Christmas lights
• A replica MACCHU PICCHU (considered one of the 7 wonders of the world)
• Solar generated lighting

Bring the kids a long to explore the miniature villages and animals located in the front garden(viewing from the street)

The installation artist, Javier Egusquiza would also like to encourage his neighbours on Castle Street to join in with their own street front Christmas decorations

On every day until Christmas 7.30pm – 9.30pm fully lit

Dedicated to the Grey Lynn neighbourhood and children from Auckland, Christchurch and around New Zealandand and the World. The installation has been included in the Australasian Installation Arts Competition featuring 25 Countries.
