The Grey Lynn Car Boot Market, our  popular monthly event held on the last Sunday of each month (except December) at the Grey Lynn RSC Carpark. Occassionally we have to cancel due to bad weather.

• Timing: Typically make a decision very early on the day of the market regarding whether it will proceed in the event of bad weather. With Auckland’s fickle weather mostly we decide as late as possible.
• Communication Channel: Any cancellation due to wet weather will be announced on the market’s Facebook page the night before the scheduled market. It is crucial to follow our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information.
• Direct Contact: If you have pre-booked a stall through Humanitix, we will also contact you directly via the email associated with your booking. Therefore, it’s important to check your email inbox (and potentially your spam folder) for any notifications.
• Seller Discretion in Light Rain: If there is only light rain, the decision on whether to attend and sell is left to the individual sellers.
• Booking Transfers: If we cancel the market due to severe weather, your booking will be moved to the next month’s market.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Generally, the fees paid for booking a stall are non-refundable and non-transferable due to incurred advertising and operational costs, except in cases of severe weather cancellation by us where the booking is moved to the following month.
